Rocking M Retreat is a non smoking property.

There is to be NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.

Any evidence of smoking will be a $450.00 fine.

Excessive trash and abuse to the property will assess additional cleaning fees

Minimum of 3 nights

Cleaning fee is $100.00

Must be 25 to rent

Pet friendly up to 25 lbs, max 2 dogs

PET POLICY

DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE HOUSE

 IF  YOUR DOGS ARE REPORTED TO BE  BARKING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

YOUR STAY WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND OF ANY LEFT OVER FUNDS

PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET BAGS AND A POOPER SCOOPER ARE PROVIDED

By booking and reserving Rocking M Retreat you agree to follow all rules and agree to vacate the property on your last day by the check out time.

A  confirmation will be sent to you at the email address you provided when scheduling your visit.

Rocking M Retreat LLC reserves the right to evict any occupant who does not follow the rules set forth in the rental agreement with forfeiture of all monies paid.
